Negotiated Procedure

Maximum budget: €50.000,00

During 2022, ENISA is continuing to support operational cooperation among Member States, Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies. Actions include establishing synergies with national, EU actors including CERT-EU and with private sector with the view to exchange information about threats, know how, best practices, provide advice and assistance.

As part of its effort, specifically under Activity 5, Output 5.3, ENISA would like to build its trusted network of partners, vendors and suppliers to reinforce agency’s activities in the area of operational cooperation (CSA, article 7).

This project should include at least the following activities:

  • Define methodology including selection criteria and prioritization rules for setting up network of trusted partners for specific agency needs.
  • Draft template agreements tailored for ENISA needs and mandate.
  • Draft workflow and process for partner inclusion.
  • Identify first set of partners to start piloting with in 2022.
